NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS
 
Please take notice that the Ulysses Planning Board will hold four Public Hearings on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7pm to hear public comments on the following applications:
 
Project: PUBLIC HEARING Site Plan Review - Request to modify existing cell tower
Applicant: Janet Spatafora and Colin Robinson representing Crown Castle
Location: 3250 Mekeel Rd, Tax Parcel # 24.-2-5.2
Description: The applicant proposes to collocate 9 antennae arrays to an existing telecommunications tower, under §212-148 B(8) of the zoning code. Additional improvements include the addition of equipment cabinets on a 10’x15’ concrete pad, a generator, and the extension of the existing chain link fence to accommodate the equipment. The property is within the AR – Agricultural Rural Zone.

Description: The applicant proposes a two lot subdivision from an existing 13.05 acre lot, under Article XXI – Subdivision Regulations, of the zoning code. The proposed lots are 6.08 acres and 6.97 acres respectively.
