Disabled Parking Permits are issued by the Town Clerk's Office. You and your doctor must fill out a form and return it to our office.

- call 607-387-5767 ext. 221 and we would be happy to mail you one.
- email us for a copy at www.touclerk@twcny.rr.com.
Some doctors will give their permission written out on a presciption form.
